Terms of use

Last updated October 19, 2026

These terms cover your use of Payoutboard. By signing in, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it.

What Payoutboard is

A record-keeping tool. You enter your prop-firm accounts and daily results, and it checks them against a set of rules to show which accounts look ready for a payout. It doesn't connect to your broker or firm, place trades, or request payouts for you.

Not financial advice

Nothing in Payoutboard is financial, investment or trading advice. Suggestions such as which account to trade next are arithmetic on the numbers you entered, not recommendations. Trading futures carries a substantial risk of loss. Your trading decisions are yours alone.

Firm rules can be wrong or out of date

The built-in firm presets are a best-effort reading of each firm's public rules at the time they were written. Firms change their rules, often without notice, and some rules aren't modeled at all. Payoutboard's results are only as good as those presets and the numbers you enter. Always check your firm's current rules and your account dashboard before you trade or request a payout. Payoutboard isn't responsible for a breached account, a denied payout or any other loss that comes from relying on it.

Payoutboard is independent. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apex Trader Funding, Take Profit Trader or any other firm it mentions. Their names belong to their owners.

Your account and your data

Fair use

Please don't:

Accounts have size limits (for example, the number of accounts and journal days) to keep the service fast for everyone. Accounts that break these terms may be suspended or deleted.

The service

Payoutboard is free to use and provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may have bugs, be unavailable at times, or change. If it ever shuts down, you'll be told ahead of time and given a chance to download your data. Backups are kept, but please keep your own records of anything important; your firm's records are the ones that count.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Payoutboard and the people who run it aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, accounts or payouts, arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free, total liability for anything else is limited to zero dollars where the law allows, and otherwise to the smallest amount it allows.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows when. A significant change will be announced in the app before it takes effect. Using Payoutboard after that means you accept the new terms.
